Parking: no reservation €12/day €60/week The parking is not accessible for: vehicles over 1.80m (max 1.80m), vans and utility vehicles, LPG vehicles, and lowered vehicles. The parking is not equipped with an electric charging station.
Nespresso coffee machine rental: €10/weekend €15/week
Animals not allowed: if not respected, you will be charged €50/day.
Tourist tax, the amount is set each year by municipal decree: €0.90
Security deposit €200 to be paid on-site.
Cleaning deposit: From €75 to €170 to be paid on arrival at the residence and refunded if the accommodation is returned clean.
Note: This service does not exempt you from returning the accommodation in a minimally clean state (no food waste, trash, and products are tolerated).
End of stay cleaning: The accommodation must be returned completely cleaned.
If you wish to use our cleaning service, it will be charged.

During the summer months:
A tree-top adventure course in the middle of a natural setting, canyoning in the valleys surrounding the resort, hiking 372 miles of marked trails to discover exceptional flora and fauna.
Downhill mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, swimming (onsite pool), trampolining, fishing, electric quadbiking, paintball, beach volleyball, rock climbing...
Free access to the heated outdoor municipal pool from July 1st to August 31st.
We offer you for free:
- The COUNTRY KIDS club (6/12 years old) welcomes your children 5 half-days a week from July 14th to August 15th.
The COUNTRY KIDS team welcomes your children and offers them many activities during which they can discover nature, build huts, camp in the forest, hunt for treasures, and lots of surprises!
In the heart of the resort, less than 54 yards (50 metres) from Les Adrets 2 and 100 metres from Les Adrets 1, the shopping mall, the start of the slopes, ski pass vendors, and numerous shops.
Mercantour National Park. Abundant wildlife includes ibexes and chamois (mountain goats), black grouses, large birds of prey such as the golden eagle, and more. Discretion and attention will be key in order to observe them. Flora unique to Europe has more than 2000 plant species. 220 are considered very rare, and 40 are said to be endemic.
