The campsite Le Bois Joly **** is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, on the magnificent Vendée coast. Only 1.5 km from the city centre and 2 km from the beaches, perfect for holidays with family or friends!
The Bois Joly has an exceptional aquatic area for the pleasure of all. You will find an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor pool, and several paddling pools. Thrill seekers will appreciate the 5 water slides, including the famous Spacebowl. For moments of relaxation, enjoy the river against the current, the river with buoys (available in July/August).
The campsite is perfectly equipped to entertain young and old. Children can have fun in the many playgrounds. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the multi-sports field, petanque courts, and ping-pong tables.
The proximity to tourist sites such as the Île de Noirmoutier and the Île d'Yeu makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the region. With the Fun Dose, you can choose the right campsite for the whole family. There are four different entertainment levels: green, blue, purple, and red. The fuller the bottle, the more entertainment there is! If the potion vial is green or only half full, then there is little entertainment on site. If the vial is red or nearly full, plenty of entertainment is available.
No matter the level of the Fun Dose, the mini-clubs and participation in all activities are free of charge.
On this campsite, the fun dose is blue, the campsite is lively.
From 5th July to 29th August 2025, we offer the following entertainment free of charge:
- The Clapou Club for 4–10 year olds welcomes your children Monday–Thursday from 10 a.m.–12 p.m. and from 3 p.m.–5 p.m.
- The Nobodys (11-17 years old) meet at least once a week.
- Two or three activity leaders are present on the campsite all summer. Sports tournaments and friendly entertainment are organised throughout the day.
- Three big evening events are organised per week, we will also surprise you with our top secret entertainment and the summer dance.
In the Netherlands, we offer entertainment from 5th July to 31st August 2025.
