Beautiful campsite! A favourite with our guests. Great spaces, a very large and fun water park, great games for the children. The accommodation Max Top Presta is really a must: nice and big with air conditioning and a dishwasher, what a pleasure! I can only recommend it!
15 minutes away from the beaches, in the North Holland region, the De Bongerd campsite proposes lodges, studios and camping pitches for rent.
The campsite's pool complex consists of an outdoor area with 2 pools, one of which is equipped with a fun paddling pool and a dome that can be opened or closed depending on the weather. The pool with dome is open from May to 4 November. The water park also opens is May and closes in early September. Here you will find cool slides like the Spacebowl! An additional indoor pool (Splash) with slides and water games is available all year round.
The children will have hours of fun in the campsite’s indoor play area. But there are also plenty of activities to enjoy in the surrounding area. The campsite is just 15 minutes from the beach. Sports fans will be able to go waterskiing, trampolining, climbing or abseiling. You can also visit the zoo, the marine aquarium, and various museums. Not forgetting the must-visit town of Alkmaar and its famous cheese market.
New 2024: Capfun De Bongerd now also open during winter!
Capfun De Bongerd now offers 4-seasons accommodation, which is also available during the winter period.
During the winter, the entertainment will not sit still, for example, two weeks of entertainment will be offered during Christmas. If you want to enjoy a nice dinner with the family, you can do so at one of the restaurants, which will remain open during Christmas and offer brunch and dinner.
The indoor playground De Holle Bolle Boom and indoor swimming pool De Plons are open all year round and free for campsite guests.

With the Fun Dose, you can choose the right campsite for the whole family. There are four different entertainment levels: green, blue, purple, and red. The fuller the bottle, the more entertainment there is! If the potion vial is green or only half full, then there is little entertainment on site. If the vial is red or nearly full, plenty of entertainment is available.
No matter the level of the Fun Dose, the mini-clubs and participation in all activities are free of charge.

From 5th July to 29th August 2025, we offer the following entertainment free of charge:
-The Clapou Club (4-6 years old) and Policator Club (7-10 years old) welcome children from Monday until Thursday, from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m.
-The Nobodys (11-17 year olds) meet up twice a week.
-We offer evening entertainment 5 nights a week, 4 entertainers, aqua gym every morning and an almost non-stop super fun day and evening program until midnight!
-Entertainment on French campsites starts from the 8th July (in French). On Dutchbox campsites the French animation team includes 1 Dutch speaking entertainer.
In the Netherlands, we offer entertainment from 5th July to 31st August 2025.
